I don't know why this story seems so sweet to me, but Jessy Heuvelink and Marcus Ullmarker a chief designer for J. Lindeberg and D.J. / music producer have created the perfect little nest for themselves in Sweden. I like their simple clean and contemporary interior, but not so contemporary that it's cold and sterile feeling. Combining texture and layers like what they've done help to warm the space. The couple say they dream of something bigger, eventually a family life! Awww. sweet. But until they have kids, this nest is perfect for just the two. You can read the full article here. Balancing Act
Antonio Martins. Simply understated and unpretentious! Martins choices of furnishings and art are unexpected, this is why I appreciate his work. His designs have a sense of quirkiness and sophistication - two great styles to combine. All quirky or just all sophistication is too much in one space, but when you combine two different moods it creates comfort, warmth and interest. His eye for scale is amazing - choosing large chunky marbles or over scaled mantels and rustic furniture paired with some softer accessories is brilliant. And those white walls!!
