Design with a Punch

Chris Burch's Southampton home is finally in the new issue of Architectural Digest.  I'm posting it because I assisted with designing the house with Christopher Maya and the Moroccan wedding blanket on the master bedroom bed is from my inventory at Kerut Home.  We designed the house in a way that represented Chris's personal style and personality; bold, colorful and fun.  Highly lacquered walls, hues of fuchsia, red, orange and blues -  It packs a punch in a way that Burch's personality does!
Scroll below for a link to my store and images of a couple of blankets I have in stock.  Enjoy!

Moroccan Wedding Blankets

74" x 44"

From the Middle Atlas Mountains in Morocco, these one of a kind vintage blankets with paillete's are hand spun from lambs wool by Berber women.  The intricate weaving process, great care and prayer that is involved in making these works of art is believed to bring good fortune to the marriage.  These textiles can be used as throws, rugs and wall art.  Check them out here at Kerut Home
